Established in 1992

ACPRA was established in 1992 with the purpose of providing training in basic lifesaving skills through new and innovative techniques. ACPRA was founded by three original parties, each contributing a vital organ in the evolving body of ACPRA. ACPRA pioneered the development of video CPR courses for allied medical practitioners.

Alumni Throughout The USA

Since 1992, ACPRA has trained many people throughout the U.S. in CPR. ACPRA's training methods include personal instructor programs as well as video courses. Video courses are now considered the best modality for re-training CPR.

Innovative Video Program

In 1993 ACPRA crossed new frontiers in medical training with their re-recognition video training program. This video was met with immediate acclaim from allied medical professionals throughout California. Throught this course, dentists were issued continuing education units and podiatrists and optometrists were able to fulfill their re-licensing requirements.

2nd Edition Now Available      New!

ACPRA has been studying this program for the last three years. Continual feedback from many of the first video students as well as research into CPR training techniques has helped ACPRA to finalize their CPR training video into an effective and clear method to teach and refresh vital CPR skills. No one knows when that information will be needed. ACPRA feels that this video course is the best way to keep the knowledge fresh and clear.

Now the 2nd edition is available for release. Currently the video is undergoing approval procedures by various medical boards for continuing education and CPR requirents. This video is also great for home use since it has segments specially dedicated to perfoming CPR on infants and children.

The future

ACPRA is continuing its pursuit of innovative and effective training methods. CPR is something everyone should know and ACPRA is committed to providing this training. Someday one of our alumni will save someone's life, and that makes it all worth while. We will continue to update you on our progress.
